Founded in 2000, SCLEAD is the technology leader of specialized equipment for the detection of fatigue defects and material defects in high-speed train, locomotive and rolling stock wheels and axles with advanced phased array ultrasonic technique.
Inspections are fully automated with multiple system selections available that are capable of performing wayside wheel inspection, in-service wheel and axle inspection when wheel sets are on train, or routine wheel and axle maintenance phases when wheel sets are disassembled from the train.
