Larry Goldberg started Sea Test Services (STS) in 1985. The company specializes in underwater NDT of offshore structures, cabling, and riser inspections, and ABS and USCG surveys for "Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Drydocking". Sea Test Services writes recommended practices and provides performance demonstration initiatives (PDIs) to qualify underwater inspectors for the major Oil and Gas Companies. STS provides these PDIs in NDT methods including MT, ET and UT, weld profiling, and shallow and deep grinding for weld repairs.
