In addition to producing high volume precision stamped parts, we can also assist our customers in developing new products or re-engineering existing products. Our well equipped tool room and experienced staff, in conjunction with our CAD, CNC and EDM systems, makes Metallon a key player in many industries. Some of the materials used include various steels, brass, copper, beryllium copper, pre-plated and pre-painted metals, and plastic. Our in-house secondary capabilities include tapping, spot welding, riveting and staking. Parts can be supplied plated, de-burred, heat treated, cleaned, passivated and anodized.
