Our wire products are available on spools, reels, coils, cut to length, Acropak, and barrelpacks. Our flat wire Super Strip is available with edge conditioning, and can be supplied in traverse wound reels, pancake coils, or also cut to length. Every pound of wire, including round, flat, shaped, and cold heading, as well as those wire products manufactured in our UWT division, are carefully checked against ASTM standards in our company laboratories. Spectrographic analysis is used routinely on incoming raw materials. Quality testing includes grain size analysis, twist testing, tensile testing, rockwell hardness testing, resistance measurement, dimensional tolerance measurements (both by micrometer and laser gauges), as well as visual appearance evaluations. We offer full statistical process control reporting when so requested.
