ACME is a certified U stamp and R stamp shop with field and national board capabilities. We are also a member of The Texas Ground Water Association and have been specializing in tanks and pressure vessels for the last 30 years. ACME also works with custom skid fabrication, pipe fabrication, and structural building fabrication and erection. We are certified by the City of Houston for structural steel fabrication. Our facility is located on 5-acres outside the city limits of Friendswood, TX, 15 miles south of Houston. (Click here for map). We have 11,000 square feet of working area inside our shops with 4 five-ton cranes with a 24 foot hook height. ACME's water treatment client list includes, but is not limited to: Aquasource Engineering and Construction, Inc., The City of Houston, The City of Conroe, and Harris County, TX. In 1994 we completed two water treatment units assembled as part of a semi tractor/trailer package. The units were shipped to Rwanda, Africa. Additional clients are W.R. Grace and Co., Keeshan & Bost, Inc., Baker Petrolite, and Lockheed Martin. We also refurbish used oil refinery equipment and aided in shipment to the Republic of Dagestan of the former Soviet Union.
