TCR Arabia is dedicated to performing the highest level of quality service in the non-destructive testing industry. Our NDT/NDE service offering includes Ultrasonic Testing, Thickness Gauging, Eddy Current Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Visual Testing, Nodularity Measurement of Casting By Ultrasonic, Helium Leak Detection, Ferrite Measurement, Positive Material Identification using portable alloy analyzers (XRF and OES for onsite carbon detection), Welding Inspection, Training and certification of NDT Personnel and ASNT Level-III consulting Services.
TCR Arabia can draw on the extensive experience, technical know-how and creativity of its workforce to provide automated inspection systems and special inspection services such as Automated UT using Time of Flight Diffraction (ToFD). We have a multi-disciplinary engineering team well versed in metallurgy, quality assurance, intrumentation, and production engineering. Our ultrasonic and mag-particle technicians are able to give some insight to the quality of existing welds in historic or older structures undergoing renovation.
Field service metallography and structural inspection are also offered. Our experienced personnel are respected for their integrity and recognized by all the relevant inspection authorities. Our services are available to the following market sectors: nuclear / energy, space and aerospace, petrochemical, automotive, construction, transport, defense and general engineering.
Our firm is a member of professional organizations such as the American Society for Nondestructive Testing, American Welding Society, American Society for Testing and Materials, NACE, Saudi Arabian Section of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (SAS-ASNT) and the Bahrain Society of Engineers.
Our inspection personnel have worked on design, fabrication, construction, inspection and erection of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Stacks, Tanks, Plant Pressure Piping, Offshore oil wells and many advanced projects.
Our ASNT Level III personnel have a minimum of 7-15 years of experience and Level II personnel have 5-10 years of experience. Senior experience team members are also available some with over 25 years of experience. Junior NDT inspectors have 2-5 years of experience and can undertake visual inspection, ferrite assessment, PMI operations, etc.
