-NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST
Non-destructive tests (NDT) are performed to determine surface or internal structure flaws without destroying any material, product or source. NDT can be performed on metals, composites, plastics. It is preferred in all industrial branches, aeronautics, maritime and construction sectors. In Turkey, the regulation named «Health & Safety Requirements for the use of Work Equipment» is ruling the minimum conditions to be adhered for the periodical inspection of pressure equipment, boilers, lifting, conveying and transporting equipment.
