I have been designing electronics for 20 years and some of my projects were for NDT systems. I can form ultrasonic beams, calculated a synthetic aperture, control scanner, develop signal processing.
I have developed FPGA controllers for an ultrasonic phased array system and two-channel TOFD non-destructive testing (NDT) systems.
In my job I have used FPGA Altera SoC with NIOS CPU, SerDes ADC, quadrature rotary encoder, CANopen, servomotors, DSP (FIR, accumulation, envelope), Cypress FX2 & FX3 (USB2.0, USB3.0) controllers, C/C#/SystemVerilog.
