Entering in data for Inspection reports/ NDT reports for first pass yield. Attending production meetings for communication on projects that are coming up for inspection. Create PWHT sheets for vessels and inspect before and after process with sign offs. Perform safety assessment/ Gamba walk throughout facility. Performed weld audits to assure we are in compliance with the WPS. Setup weld test for welders and assign stamps as hired. Maintain data for weld continuity log throughout process. Maintained calibration logs chart recorders, pressure gauges, tool's and welding machines. Communication with our vendors on pricing/quotes/ p.o's and coordinate for delivery and pickups. Assist with inspection throughout shop and with third party according to ITP. Generate NCR's and NCCR's for complete analysis and closures. Setup meetings and training for maintaining Quality performance .Perform make ready shipments to assure customer spec are acceptable(damage parts and paint issues)reports are filed. Communication with Engineers/ Designer's on red lines for drawings that need revising. Perform outsource inspection on projects to make sure it reflects drawing spec. Monitor/ document field repairs, re-assembly, welding daily reports are filed.
