• In a supervisory position, coordinated piping and equipment inspections for thirty-one separate process units located at the Bayer Industrial Park in Baytown, TX.
• Performed weekly and monthly audits to ensure inspection goals of 100% facility compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management Standard 29 CFR 1910.119.
• Reported and tracked inspection non-conformances, and coordinated with area reliability engineers to resolve NCR repairs in a timely and cost-effective manor.

• Coordinated with the Bayer Mechanical Integrity Department, two separate inspection companies totaling 82 NDE and API 510/570 inspection personnel, 3 risk analysts, and a supporting administrative staff to ensure the completion of 2,721 PSM and non-PSM piping circuit inspections due for 2008.
• Performed root cause analysis investigations for the Bayer HealthCare Berkeley facility for their medicinal bioset and harvest bags. Assisted the Bayer Mechanical Integrity Department in development, testing, and authoring of written procedures for Bayer HealthCare Berkeley based on root cause analysis findings which resulted in €2.6 billion in combined savings and profit for the pharmaceutical division after the first year.
• Assisted with the development of new technology inspections, such as demonstrating the versatility and cost savings of the Olympus OmniScan MX to the Bayer Corporation by performing inspections on piping systems and equipment for the onsite process units. Successfully demonstrated OmniScan capabilities to the Bayer corporate officers and reliability engineers from China, Germany, Brazil, and other US divisions. This development also included IRIS inspections performed with the OmniScan. Utilizing the OmniScan in this capacity, we were able to verify the results of Eddy Current inspections performed by third-party contractors for the facility, allowing for substantial cost savings to our client.

• Performed Ultrasonic Testing (UT thickness/ SW), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), video inspections, and Visual Inspections (VT) on process piping and equipment.
• Created isometric drawings/ roll-outs of piping systems and equipment preparing them for AutoCAD.
