The scanning surface features a gridded layout with clearly marked letters and numbers, enabling users to efficiently isolate and identify specific features within the corrosion pattern. The low point of corrosion is strategically placed within a single grid cell for maximum clarity. This means there is only one correct answer for each board as to where the deepest corrosion lies.
Corrosion Feature Side: An intricate corrosion simulation concealed by a custom "cloaking plate," creating a blind testing environment. This ensures that trainees and inspectors rely on their skills and instruments, not visual cues, to detect and evaluate corrosion.
