Hi!
My uncle has level II certification with American Society for Nondestructive Testing and a number of years of experience at Muscat and Saudi Arabia. He has Indian citizenship and requires H1B processing. He is currently in India between assignments and projects are still on hold in the middle eastern part of the world.

I am clueless about this industry and opportunities in US or Canada for him. Can you give me some advice re: what his best bets are? I work for Hewlett Packard and this is an alien world to me -- but I would like to help him out if I can.
