We are seeking a Level 1 X-ray Technician to join our Inspection Services Group in Sudbury, MA. Our Level 1 performs a crucial role in industries and disciplines across the spectrum, from aerospace, manufacturing, oil and gas to medicine and academia.

What You'll Be Do:
•Work with industry leading companies to visualize the interior of their product using world class digital x-ray imaging products.
•Help customers with failure analysis, product development, R&D and production level projects by utilizing digital radiography and computed tomography equipment.
•Develop DR and CT techniques and perform imaging on customer supplied product with Level 2 and/or Level 3 guidance.
•Reconstruct and compile scan data with completed deliverables as per customer requirements with Level 2 sign off.
•Follow approved Work Instructions, Procedures, SOP’s, Techniques.
•Develop creative sample fixturing methods to increase efficiency of the digital x-ray imaging process.
•Customer service - interaction with clients and potential clients both on phone and in person to include webinars, onsite meetings, technical expertise with Level 2 supervision.
•Perform post processing analysis as needed on CT scan data according to customer requirements (e.g. metrology, CAD comparison, porosity analysis, automated inspection) with Level 2 supervision.
•Maintain and continually develop world class leading x-ray and CT knowledge.
•Maintain equipment per NSI guidelines with Level 2 Supervision
•Provide operational support to the Manager, ISG Coordinator, and Sales Representative.
•Travel up to 15% to other satellite locations.


Skills:
Successful Candidates will have specialized training and a minimum of 3 month experience in the field.
