KTA is looking for a Radiographic Testing (RT Level II) Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Technician to perform shop and field inspections related to quality assurance and performance of NDE testing in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is open to all candidates with the following qualifications:

-RT Level II
-Additional NDT certifications: MT, VT, PT, and/or UT - preferred
-Good oral and written communication and decision-making skills
-Detail and customer oriented
-Excellent work ethic
-Reliable Transportation
-Valid Driver’s license
-High School Diploma or GED
-Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate the internet
-Ability to work out of/report to the Pittsburgh office on a regular basis in-person.

Drug testing and a criminal background and motor vehicle check will be conducted.

Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

-Close, color, distance, depth vision, and ability to adjust focus;
-Ability to travel, when necessary, and ability to work outside (including inclement weather);
-Climbing, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces and on uneven terrain.
