About the Job:

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving Pine Environmental Services' revenue growth and profitability within the Houston, TX market and assigned terrritory. This role focuses on building and implementing sales plans to expand the network of customers, with a specific emphasis on non-destructive testing (NDT) applications. The executive will work closely with branch and account leadership, leveraging their expertise to drive growth and promote Pine’s value proposition across various industries, including aerospace, oil and gas, power generation, and manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Generate sales and rentals of NDT equipment and accessories consistent with budget levels for the designated sales territory.
2. Travel within the Houston, TX market to existing and potential customers to promote NDT equipment rentals and sales through training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations.
3. Conduct sales activities and document changing customer profiles.
4. Maintain records of contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to ensure accurate logging and forecasting.
5. Provide management with accurate pipeline forecasts of potential sales and rentals on an ongoing basis.
6. Maintain ongoing dialogue with existing customers to provide technical support, product information, and updated pricing.
7. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Environment:

This is a safety-sensitive position. The employee will primarily work in an office environment but may need to bend, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Skills:
Knowledge, Skills, Core Competencies:

1. Meet quarterly and annual business growth objectives for the assigned territory.
2. Build, implement, and monitor local and regional market development initiatives specific to NDT solutions.
3. Create and maintain sales plans to penetrate new and existing customers in the NDT sector.
4. Support the local and regional development of Pine’s national account customers.
5. Identify new local and regional customer relationships to capture incremental revenue.
6. Expand Pine’s business with customers into additional company products and services.
7. Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities.
8 Establish a weekly schedule of daily customer meetings and document progress weekly.
9. Provide timely, accurate, and complete service to customers within the assigned territory.
10. Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs for the territory.
11. Attend targeted local and regional industry association conferences and tradeshow events related to NDT.
12. Participate and contribute to company meetings, conference calls, and other activities.
