Our client is a major international provider of Asset Integrity Services to the energy sector with a focus on Power, Clean Energy and Oil and Gas enterprises. They are seeking a Regional Manager who will be the driving force behind their services to a "blue chip" client base throughout the California energy market. The position is based in the California Central Valley.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure exceptional performance.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Implementing and maintaining strict safety protocols and quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborating with other regions to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Has full P&L responsibility along with supporting corporate goals.
• Formulates budgets, ensures budget compliance, and determines sales and marketing strategy for the region.
Skills:
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the oil and gas, and energy services sector. The minimum experience expectation is twenty years.
• A track record of driving results, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of fixed equipment reliability programs, risk-based inspection methods, and inspection database management.
• Technical knowledge of conventional and advanced NDE techniques, and their applicability to condition assessment and degradation mechanisms.
• Technical qualification will include Professional Registration and/or API certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
