Outside Sales Position Available
R-CON Nondestructive Test Consultants Inc. currently has an open outside sales position available. Territory includes: Western Indiana, Illinois, Eastern Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee & Eastern Arkansas.
R-CON NDT is a leading provider of NDT Equipment and Supplies with corporate office located in Menomonie, WI. Other sales offices currently include Kansas City, MO & Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities include:
Outside Sales Representatives prospect, qualify and develop sales opportunities using established database, referrals and other resources. Schedule routine customer calls and develop strong relationships with nondestructive testing customer accounts.
Develop your knowledge of customers nondestructive testing needs and serve them by professionally representing our extensive line of nondestructive inspection products.
Demonstrate NDT Technical skills to identify and demonstrate products as-needed.
Work with sales management to set achievable goals - have the ability to develop sales objectives and strategies to grow your business.
R-CON NDT provides a competitive base salary and bonus plan along with an excellent benefits package including a 401(K), profit sharing, vehicle mileage allowance, medical and dental plans. Travel expenses covered through use of company credit card.

Skills:
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in NDT a plus but will consider other technical experience as an alternative. Must reside in territory & must be a US citizen.
Sales and/or industry experience with a proven track record of success.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter and motivated, have a natural curiosity and be results oriented.
Lift over 50 lbs., travel via car, air (close proximity to major airport), and the physical ability to comfortably walk and tour industrial facilities.
