Position Summary
Acuren has an immediate opening for a Rope Access Level III Technician based out of our Billings, MT office.

The Rope Access Level III technician is responsible for carrying out duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner as assigned by the Rope Access Supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
Be conversant with relevant work techniques
Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of level III
Assist other technicians as required
Ensure operational safety of all equipment
Travel as required
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
IRATA (preferred )or SPRAT Level III Certification required including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling
NDT Certification a plus
Valid drivers’ license preferred
Required certification levels for specific projects
Willingness to learn and improve
Team orientation
Ability to work productively in adverse conditions
Physically and mentally fit
