R-CON NDT is looking for technical sales representatives. R-CON NDT, incorporated in 1996, is a leading provider of NDT Equipment and Supplies. Our corporate office is located in Menomonie, WI with satellite offices in Indianapolis and Kansas City. We are currently looking for high-performance technical sales people to expand our reach into the Northeast, and parts of the Midwest.
R-CON NDT leadership will provide strong product and sales support, however, the ideal candidate has the proven ability to self-train and do what is necessary to be successful.
Responsibilities
Provide effective presentation and application of products and services offered by R-CON NDT.
Develop and maintain a customer database to include day-to-day sales opportunity tracking utilizing Contact Management Software.
Prospect assigned territory and develop sales opportunities through referrals, cold calling and sales lead follow up.
Set achievable goals - have the ability to co-develop sales objectives and strategies to grow your business.
Skills:
Required Qualifications
Nondestructive inspection education - military or tech school a plus
Sales and/or industry experience with a proven track record of success
Industrial X-Ray experience is a big plus
Professional demeanor
Professional oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated, self-confident, natural curiosity, and results oriented
Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the customers business
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
