Job Description:

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for
maintaining a Quality Control system in accordance with
the applicable codes and regulations, along with the
policies and goals provided by management. The principal
objective is to organize and direct the inspections.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively defining
and translating their needs into inspection best
practices and procedures
• Notify management of quality problems and take
appropriate corrective action

Job Qualifications:
Hands-on quality, inspection and welding specialist,
providing integrity leadership and business acumen.
Proficient in all types of onshore fabrication,
structural steel, welding processes and construction
management. Skilled in planning and executing projects
from concept through production. Exemplifies strong
troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills. Highly
organized and detail oriented.
Skills:
• Level III

• Perform VT, PT, MT, UT, ET, DR, and P.M.I

• Generate accurate and detailed inspection reports

• Follow all NDE operating and quality procedures

• Conduct audits on processes and procedures as required

• Use light meters, weld gauges temperatures gauges
digital calipers, x-ray machines and other basic
inspection equipment

• Create digital radiography programs with little or no
supervision
• Review outsourced VT, PT and RT documentations for
accuracy
• Interpret DR images per industry specifications and
standards
• Team-oriented individual with effective communication
skills
• Comply with all safety requirements

MUST HAVE CERTIFICATIONS
• Level III qualified in RT, VT, PT (ACCP and ASNT
Certified) preferred
• 10+ years industry experience
• Digital Radiography experience is a plus
• Solid analytical and decision making skills
• A college or technical school certification in NDT
preferred
