We have an opportunity available for a Quality Technician with Level II Ultrasonic Testing Certification for our Transit Division in Blairsville, PA. This individual would serve as a representative for quality assurance and related activities for our wheel product line as well as required ultrasonic non-destructive testing.

Skills:
Requirements for this position include:

•Level II Certification for Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
•UT immersion experience and magnetic particle testing certification are pluses
•In-depth knowledge of process-based QMS and the “System View” of organizations, monitoring and validating processes and manufacturing methods
•Must be proficient with the Microsoft Suite of software (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project), SPC software, and MiniTab (or equivalent)
•In depth knowledge and hands-on experience of quality systems, policies, and procedures in a manufacturing environment and the ability to apply that knowledge to the interpretation of customer requirements
•Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis
