Location: Position based in West Chester, OH (Cincinnati,
OH)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is possible, up to 40%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
Work with Client Services Leadership to clearly understand
training goals and objectives; deliver classroom training;
develop laboratory training exercises and materials; deliver
laboratory training; participate in the certification of GE
employees and variable workforce.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with academic or
practical experience in power generation excitation systems
Level III Certification in the following NDT methods: UT and
RT
MT and PT would be beneficial, but not required.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of classroom training experience

SPECIAL SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY LEVELS
* Proven track record of demonstrating the patience and
passion to share knowledge with other people (an instructors
mindset)
*Demonstrated track record of being able to plan and deliver
work in an organized way
* Strong communication and team skills

SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS AND PROFICIENCY LEVELS *
Proficiency in developing and delivering adult learning
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: ENGLISH PROFICIENCY both verbal &
written).

Must have Good communication skills both verbal & written).
