Director of Operations
General Description:
Director of Engineering in and out of office requires excellent Industry knowledge and Computer skills, prior engineering experience, and customer problem response. Ability to work alone and lead teams, a comprehensive understanding in engineering is required including regulations and codes.
Principle duties:
1. Function of Director of Operations is to contact, and negotiate with potential and current customers oversee sales for the company.
2. Achieve or exceed the budgeted sales and profits as presented by the company guidelines
3. Ensure new profitable business to ensure the growth and profit goals of the company, Provide leadership and direction for growth
4. Provide the President with timely reporting and updates,
Qualifications:
BS Mechanical Engineering,
Military background in Industry
Experience in Leading and Operating a Company
Engineering Directing experience
