Subject: Weld Inspection
EPRI teaches courses in Weld testing in Charlotte but I think you have to be invited to attend. You can see their web page at http://www.epri.com/targethigh.asp?program=224925&value=01T023011&objid=263252 and should be able to find a contact number there.
