Duties and Responsibilities:
Control of welding process as per applicable WPS & PQR requirements. Have been experienced and well versed with the codes like ASME Section IX.
As a good experience power plant project revised ITP/FQP.QUALITY PLAN , SIEMEN S POLICY .
Experienced with the preparation cum maintenance of welders performance qualification record and welders performance rating thro’ welders and welding control log.
Prepare inspection reports, NCR, technical queries, weekly QA/QC reports and monthly X-Ray and repairing status.
Inspect lines in accordance with P & ID & isometric drawing for mechanical clearance.
Coordination in Internal and external auditing.
Manpower management and review interim and final documentation.
Supervise the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including quality control inspection schedules and the collection of quality records.
Review and approval of production work packs and punching outstanding items
