Our product lines include single-mode 980nm pump lasers for telecom applications and multimode lasers for solid-state laser pumping, medical, imaging, and spectroscopy applications. The lasers are available as chips, chips on submount, and packaged modules. Axcel's manufacturing facility boasts a state-of-the-art MOCVD reactor and a fully functional GaAs and InP fabrication process line. Characterization equipment includes field emission SEM, XRD, Polaron, PL mapping, and ellipsometer. The facility is staffed with some of the world's leading experts in optoelectronic component design and production.
