For years, NDT for Engineers had been a subject of experience only. In recent years, Training and Certification in Non-Destructive Testing has produced best-specialized QA/QC engineers. Personnel, thus trained, have got opportunities to work in Gulf, Far East, South East and Western countries.
We provide training on below NDT methods:
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Penetrant Testing (PT)
Visual Testing (VT)
Eddy Current Testing (ET)
Leak Testing (LT)
We issue ASNT level I or Level II certificates upon successful completion of training which is recognized all over the world. We also provide training and certification on National Aerospace Standard (NAS410) and European National Standard (EN473).
Non-Destructive Testing is a specialized branch of Engineering Science and is a part of quality control (QC), which uses Ionizing Radiation (Radiographic Testing), Ultrasonic Sound Waves (Ultrasonic Testing), Magnetic Flux (Magnetic Particle Testing) etc. to test the integrity of casting, forging welding etc. without impairing its usefulness.
We have highly qualified and well experienced faculties (more than 10 years in abroad) for training. Please note that availability of qualified /experienced faculty is difficult in Kerala.
Our faculties include ASNT Level III, Radiation safety classes are handled by radiation safety officers (RSO/Site-in Charge) certified by BARC in India and KACST in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Introduction to welding and welding defects is taken care by Certified Welding Inspector qualified to AWS CWI from American Welding Society, Radiographic test film interpretation (RTFI) is taken care by Saudi Aramco certified RTFI with more than 10 years experience as RTFI.
A 10th pass candidate can also attend this course to develop his carrier as NDT technician, which has good demand in oil fields of gulf and can claim Rs. 25,000 per month in the starting.
A Mechanical engineer has much better opportunity to develop his carrier as QA/QC Engineer in construction / production projects.
