We would like to introduce Inspection Consultancy Services as a consultancy organisation for the followings.
Procurement Inspection :
Inspection of procurement items like pipes , casing tubes , valves , fittings , pumps , blowers , electrical motors etc. as per codes , standards , specifications and as per customer requirement based on Quality Assurance Plan ( QAP ) & Inspection and Test Plan ( ITP ).
Fabricated Equipment Inspection :
We provide services for stage wise and final inspection of fabricated equipments along with inspection of bought out components required for the equipments. These equipments are Boilers, Pressure Vessels , Heat Exchangers , Reactors , Columns , Waste Heat Recovery Exchangers, Fired Heaters , Storage Tanks , Bullets , Hot Air Generators , Cyclones , Bag Filters , Rotary Atomiser , Chambers , Unit Piping , Structurals , etc. required for Chemical , Petrochemical , Process , Sugar , Steel and Power industries.
Inspection and Expediting :
We provides services like Stage wise Inspection of the above equipments as per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) , Inspection and Test Plan ( ITP ) , Standards, Drawings , Codes & Specifications and as per P.O. requirements. We can also assist for expediting of the job with better quality.
Vendor Development :
We provides services in the field of Vendor Development , guidance to the Vendor , Project Planning and execution of the project on right time. We also provides the service like supervision of the job at Vendor’s Shop for quality checks.
Turnkey Projects :
We provides inspection consultancy for turnkey projects in Chemical, Petrochemical, Process, Sugar , Steel and Power industries.
Welding Inspection :
Welding inspection, welding process selection, welding defect repair, welding training to operators, selection of welding equipments, welding automation.
Non Destructive Testing (NDT):
We assist for all NDT services like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiography Testing (RT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT). We provide consultancy for attending the repairs if any. We also provides NDT training to the employee of the organisation.
Quality Documentation :
We provide services like preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Approval of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). Approval of Welder’s Performance Qualification (WPQ). Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for the job.
ISO Consultancy :
We provide consultancy for ISO 9001:2000 as per Quality Management System.
