Need for High voltage output power amplifier

I have a need for a high voltage output(above 600V) power amplifier (10kHz to 150kHz), that I can use coupled to a function generator to drive an ultrasonic transducer. I also need a low noise preamplifier with same frequency range. Please advice of any available product to satisfy this need. Thanks for any advice
