I Mr. Sandeep Kumar got more than 16 years of extensive international inspection, supervision and testing experience in construction field of structural bridges, Power Transmission lines, offshore steel structures, oil & gas piping and cross-country pipelines in United States of America (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Mexico, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and China. I have provided guidance and coordination of inspection activities associated with the construction of private, government and commercial projects including Quality system audits and QA/QC program evaluations. I served in an assortment of leadership roles on these international projects as a Lead Inspector, QA Inspector and offshore Inspector, where I supervised and managed crews of international construction workers. I participated in a variety of major projects including new construction, maintenance and remodels, where I monitored the work associated with structural, piping, offshore platforms, cross country pipelines, mechanical and concrete works. My duties have included coordinating the day-to-day operations on the construction site on behalf of the Client, quality control observations of subcontractor’s work, confirmation of compliance with project requirements and the coordination of the subcontractors within the various trades or crafts to ensure proper completion of work and corrective actions. I regularly conduct site inspections to ensure overall compliance with the applicable construction drawings, building codes, Contractor’s procedures and project specifications. My duties include welding procedure specification (WPS) and welder qualification testing, overseeing contractor’s quality control (QC) activities, providing Third Party verifications, vendor/source verifications, sampling materials for mechanical testing, provide in-process and final inspections of work associated with multiple aspects of construction. I witness all coating activities including, but not limited to, surface preparation, application of approved coatings and final coating thickness, ensure compliance with all project's specific environmental requirements. I typically serve as the designated Punch List Owner, where he generates, monitors and control the closure of the outstanding items for large-scale construction projects. Involves in recruitment of inspectors and technicians for various projects.
