Review and organization of the current in house jobs that need to be completed in the appropriate order to ensure delivery. Delegation of job priority lists with each departments shift lead. De-escalation of any possible conflicts that may arise between co-workers in a calm and professional manner. As well as documenting any issues that may result in write ups to human resources for review.
