•Inspected tank floors per API 650 using a vacuum box
•Documented the project site storage and maintenance of equipment in accordance with manufactures requirements during the projects.
•Prepared and maintained punch list for items, areas or systems to ensure that all work has been completed and found to acceptable prior to turn over to Client.
•Responsible for all quality control documentation including mapping logging and tracking of completed welds and inspections preformed, completion of code reports and forms and turn over documentation.
•Interfaced with client’s inspectors and company’s Underwriters Authorized Inspector
