• Level III Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Technician, December 2017 – Present. Received FPI Level III certification by attending Atlantic NDT Training’s Level III course and passing general, specific and practical exams. Examined in accordance with NAS-410 and TC, Inc. FPI Control Manual requirements.

Inspector, January 14, 2013 – Present
• Aided in the development of the company’s FPI line,
which included following and designing computer diagrams for
equipment set-up and development, painting and assisting in
the fabrication of the equipment, and aiding in the creation
of the in-house FPI manual.
• Received MPI Level II certification in June 2013 by
attending Atlantic NDT Training for the Level I and II five-
day class, followed by an internal company test including
general, specific, and practical sections. MPI processing
includes both OEM and Overhaul and Repair materials.
• Aided in the MPI Control Manual (in house) updates
prior to NADCAP Audit in November 2014. The company’s
control manual needed major changes and updates.
• Received FPI Level II certification in November 2014
based on previous training and by taking the general,
specific, and practical sections of WGI’s internal FPI exam.
FPI currently includes only Overhaul and Repair materials.

Overhaul Support Services (TIGhitco) (East Granby, CT) Full-
Time Offload Expeditor, Level II FPI (NDT) Inspector and
Final Inspector of helicopter components for the Quality
Department, June 18, 2008 – January 11, 2013
• Received FPI Level II certification in October 2009
and re-certification in September 2012 by passing all three
general, specific, and practical sections of the test based
on company and customer specifications and procedures, as
well as NADCAP requirements.
• Internal audits with Quality Department Manager July
2010 – January 2013. Audits include analysis of each
department to ensure work performed is in compliance with
internal and Sikorsky specs and procedures on an annual
basis. Audits also include analysis of Quality Department
specs and procedures for compliance to company certificates
• Lean Manufacturing (employee rotation course),
October 2010 – March 2011. Training includes the following:
conduction of 5S Assessment audits, contributions to
Overhaul’s achievement of Sikorsky’s Apex Supplier Gold
status requirement in 2011 through preparation and

standard works for specific processes, which are utilized

• Final Inspector, May 2011 – January 2013. Position
includes the following: analysis of plant paperwork of
completed components for in-house oversights during previous
operations, inspection of all completed Sikorsky and
Helicopter Support Inc. components prior to shipment for
processing and in-service damage to ensure proper
documentation, signing Certificate of Conformance (Sikorsky:
SA-876) and Disassembly and Inspection Report (Sikorsky: F-
88) (if applicable) for each completed job, creation of
archival in-house and customer paperwork, packing completed
jobs to be shipped in accordance with procedures, preparing
component castings for subcontractor processing of both
resin strip and dow applications, receiving and inspecting
component castings returning from subcontractor, and meeting
with the general manager daily on priority job shipments
• Shipping and Receiving Clerk, April 2012-January
2013. Received in-house training, which includes a visual
inspection of all components upon arrival and completing an
in-house inspection form for each job that documents any
existing damage, shipping and receiving company packages via
UPS or FedEx and communicating with the final inspector on
completed jobs ready to be shipped back to the customer
• Offload Expeditor, June 2012 – January 2013.
Position includes the following: creating job operation
packages for offload parts, creating purchase orders and
packing slips, as well as coordinating due date deadlines
and pricing for jobs being sent to vendors for external
operations (i.e. shot peen, plating, paint, etc), contacting
vendors for job status updates to ensure on-time deliveries
and certification corrections (when applicable), filling out
VendTrac forms for customer disposition when offload parts
are received from Sikorsky with pre-existing damage, and
being responsible for all offload archives to ensure proper
filing of paperwork
