FAIRFIELD, OH; FEBRUARY 3, 2025: Professional NDE Services Group, LLC (PNDE), a recognized leader in Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alexis Tenley to Assistant Operations Manager, and member of the company’s management team.
In her new position, Alexis will oversee day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, the refinement of operational procedures, and the implementation of process improvements to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.
Alexis began her NDE/NDT career in 2017 with Professional NDE and Consulting, working in a fluorescent penetrant inspection lab at GE Aerospace. During her tenure, she played an integral role in developing inspections for advanced Ceramic Matrix Composite (CMC) and 3D-printed hardware. Her expertise extended to engineering new inspections, inspecting on-engine hardware, and providing guidance to penetrant technicians across various GE Aerospace sites.
In 2021, Alexis transitioned to the Professional NDE Services division as an Administrative Assistant after earning her bachelor’s degree in business management. Since then, she has managed front-office operations while continuing to mentor penetrant technicians working with 3D-printed components. Additionally, she spearheaded the development of a comprehensive internal inspection process for a newly designed military jet engine component.
