Who You Are:

We are seeking a new team member passionate about technology, robotics, and non-destructive testing. In this role, you will help execute disruptive robotic solutions for asset owners, working hands-on in the field. You should thrive on building strong customer relationships, navigating dynamic work environments, and upholding a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position requires occasional travel as we expand our field operations and customer base. You will operate leading-edge NDT robotic inspection systems, expanding your expertise well beyond traditional methods. As a vital link between customers and ARIX, you will provide valuable insights to enhance our technology and explore new market opportunities.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

-Learning and Adapting to Technology: Be open to learning and testing innovative inspection technologies.
-Field Inspections: Perform robotic inspections using various installation methods (e.g., ropes, lifts, scaffolds).
-Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships by ensuring high-quality work and performance.
-Data Handling: Collect, evaluate, and document inspection results accurately.
-Autonomy and Problem-Solving: Execute tasks independently and address arising issues effectively.
-Travel: Be flexible for travel based on customer needs and business growth.

Skills:
We encourage the following qualifications and skills:

NDT Experience: Background in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), specifically Pulsed Eddy Current and/or Radiography.

Tech-Savviness: Willingness to learn and apply new technologies in field inspections.

Safety Commitment: A track record of prioritizing safety.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, oil and gas preferred.

Certifications:
-Texas Industrial Radiography State Card (2 or 3)
-ASNT Level II in various inspection methods (e.g., EMI/MFL, UT, RT, VT).
-Rope Access/Rigging Experience: Additional versatility in installation techniques.

Leadership: Proven mentoring ability and leadership qualities.

Soft Skills: Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
