✔️ 1+ years of experience in the Heat Treat field
✔️ Ability to self-direct and complete assigned jobs
✔️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
✔️ Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
✔️ Must pass an extensive background check and company drug screening

Responsibilities
Set up of Pre-Heat and Stress Relief equipment
Ability to perform machining work is a plus
Adhere to Acuren and Client Safety Policy and Procedures
Promote a positive safety culture
Complete JHA’s
Communicate effectively with Project Manager, QC Manager, and Supervisor
Maintain morale and professional presentation
Produce charts, Heat Treat reports, Hardness Testing reports to submit to QC
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Competencies:
Dependable and willingness to expand career
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
Strong Communication Skills
Adaptable to changing schedules
Exceptional attention to detail
