We can provide you with the training, mentoring, and hands-on experience that you need to become SNT-TC-1a certified in a variety of methods, and to advance your skills through in-house training in Shearwave, Phased Array, and other specialty areas of inspection.

As an NDE Assistant, you will assist with:
• NDT inspection methods including MT, UT, VT
• Bellhole inspection to assess pipeline coating and condition
• Conducting cathodic protection assessments
• Collecting detailed photographic documentation
• Evaluating, measuring, and documenting metal loss defects, linear indications, and coating anomalies
• Documenting and validating repairs

EDUCATION:
• An Associate’s Degree in Nondestructive Testing is preferred
• A certificate diploma with supporting documentation of classroom and lab hours that meet SNT-TC-1A minimum requirements will also be considered.
Skills:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• MT/UT Classroom and Lab Hours
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
• Must pass a thorough background screening and drug test
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Legal US Resident
• Must be willing to travel
• Demonstrate effective time management
• Working level knowledge of Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-motivation, strong initiative, effective time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a “can-do” attitude and demonstrate through experience the ability to work independently
