Reporting to the Team Lead, Asset Integrity Services the Integrity Management System Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, monitoring and optimizing
Acuren’s clients’ Mechanical Integrity Management Programs . The IMS Coordinator will be a key player in to ensure all PEIM’s comply with regulatory requirements and Acuren’s business practices as well as ensure client equipment databases are maintained and updated. The IMS Coordinator will also have opportunities to act in a field inspector capacity as needed.
Responsibilities
Maintain, monitor and optimize clients Pressure Equipment Integrity Management Programs
Help ensure client equipment databases are maintained and updated to include all pertinent pressure vessel and PSV static data, inspection data, and equipment inspection intervals
Help ensure the Integrity Assessment Manual is maintained and updated to comply with regulatory requirements and Acuren’s business practices
Be a key player in the development of new Pressure Equipment Integrity Management Programs for clients
Evaluate the results of required equipment inspections that are scheduled and carried out and recommend remedial action as required Perform technical calculations for pressure components and complete a high-level fit for service evaluation Generate an annual inspection summary report for equipment inspected in each given year for each given client with corrective actions and close out dates included
Assist with development and implementation of inspection planning, including the coordination of inspection activities
Develop annual Key Performance Indicators for management review to ensure program effectiveness
Be a subject matter expert in the development, implementation and on-going use of the clients Management of Change Process
Ensure client Electronic Summary Reports (ESR) are updated
Create overdue lists from ESR's and ensure that the vessels overdue for inspection are included on the inspection plan for that given year
Be a key player in developing, maintaining and revising Integrity Assessment Procedures as well as Integrity Management Procedures for clients.
Ensure various regulatory forms and documentation for each client are filled out properly and current copies are maintained.
Help prepare and assist clients through regulatory implementation and program renewal audits
Act in a field inspector capacity for visual inspections as needed Be cognizant of any regulatory and code related issues with respect to both pipelines and pressure equipment
Assist in the integrity assessment of pipelines and implement any recommendations in regard to mitigating the corrosion mechanisms
Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the clients’ Pipeline Integrity Programs
Assist Technical Manager in various tasks as needed around the office. This may include taking minutes, making inquiries to regulatory bodies, responding to e-mails, etc
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Technical Degree or Diploma in related field
API 510, 570 would be an asset
Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry and terminology used within the industry
Strong communication skills (verbal and written); must be fluent in English
Self-starter and highly motivated
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive and professional attitude; Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Intermediate to advanced computer skills; Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience with Integrity Management Database would be an asset
