perform setup and operation of the ut(inspection,model 12-41 and reliant oilfield services)per qcp326a.Insure the ut is setup per QCP326A at the begining,middle,and end of the shift,or when necessary.insure the paint gun is full and in the necessary location.when a flaw is located notify the Qc foreman of poossible types of flaws.obtain a sample of the flaws for further observation in the lab.documentation of daily activities in log book,and complete QCPform 326 for each product.notify QC foreman when problems occur with either product or equiptment.
