BRADKEN’S Tacoma Foundry has a position available for a Process Control Engineer.
Candidate’s responsibility will be supporting the QA Department Manager in developing, implementing and measuring manufacturing site quality & process improvement goals. Individual will audit casting processes and perform internal and external audits in support of ISO 9001 certification as well as maintain Quality metrics for the quality department including NCR, weld rod deposition, scrap, warranty costs and evaluate data for trends and opportunities for improvement.

Skills:
Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy or equivalent required, min of 5yrs experience in the field of Industrial Quality in a manufacturing setting. Candidate must be able to interpret ASME, ASTM codes, read and interpret blueprint and specification drawings, proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office programs, and strong mathematical skills required.
