Medium sized corporation is searching for a Plant Manager to assist the organization with their continued growth. We are searching for candidates with strong production machining, operations, systems and Lean implementation experience. This position reports to the president and manages engineering, maintenance, production, materials and purchasing. Past experience developing and improving systems in a growing environment is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5-S and continuous improvement techniques is a must. Candidates will need a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager in a high volume precision machining environment. Basic process knowledge of production machine tools and metal removal is required. Experience with cutting tools, speeds and feeds is a huge plus. Strong team building and communication skills is also a must.

MUST HAVE: 5 years plus experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager in a production machining environment and past experience implementing Lean, 5-S and continuous improvement techniques.
