We’re excited to announce the SIGMA 100 HD Pipe Inspection Crawler, a durable and fully customizable pipeline robot. Unlike most other pipe crawlers that come with fixed specs, the SIGMA 100 HD gives you the flexibility to choose the features you need for your specific job. Whether you need advanced features or a more basic setup, this system provides the same reliable, high-quality build.
The SIGMA 100 HD is built for visual inspections of pipelines from 4" to 60" in diameter, with a working length up to 1,640 ft (500 m). It can be used in a wide variety of industries, including metal pipelines, storm drains, sewer mains, and gas lines. The system offers two pan-and-tilt camera options—one with zoom and one without. Both cameras offer full HD imaging, laser measurement, and manual focus, with unlimited pan-and-tilt function. These camera heads are IP68-rated for water resistance and can be pressurized for tougher environments.
This pipe crawler runs on a 6x6 drive system, powered by two electric motors, and comes with sensors that monitor internal pressure, pipeline incline, turns, and tractor roll. All this data is sent to the control post to help provide valuable real-time information during inspections.
Reel Options:
The SIGMA 100 HD comes with two reel options: manual and motorized. Both reels come with up to 500 meters (1,640 ft) of reinforced cable, capable of handling 2,000N of tensile strength. The motorized reel option also includes a built-in meter counter, which tracks cable deployment during inspections for better accuracy and control.
Control Unit Options:
Control options are flexible as well. You can operate the crawler with your own tablet using our software, or opt for the standard setup, which includes a 17" monitor, a 10" touchscreen, and joystick controls for seamless navigation. The system also comes equipped with an integrated computer for recording inspections and generating reports, which simplifies post-inspection analysis.
